STPCICP Ark Bible Club (ABC)

Disclaimer:

ABC is organized under the oversight, guidance and care of the parish, and supported by dedicated volunteers. While we make efforts to provide a safe environment for the children, the parish and volunteers cannot assume responsibility for unexpected illness or accidental injuries during the class. In the event of sickness or injuries, appropriate first aid will be administered, and parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.

ABC is a Bible Class for children between the ages of 4 to 8 years old, who have not received their Sacrament of First Holy Communion.

Mission Statement:
To nurture the faith of young children by introducing them to God's love through engaging Bible stories, songs, prayer, fellowship, and help build a strong foundation of core Christian values (Kindness, Respect, Forgiveness, Humility and Gratefulness)

Class Schedule & Venue

Sundays at 2:00pm to 2:50pm before the Mass

Ruang Pertemuan, 1st Floor, St. Theresia Church

Drop-off & Pick-up

• Drop-off: Children must be accompanied by their parent/guardian to their classroom 15 minutes before class begins.
• Pick-up: Children will only be released to their parent/guardian after dismissal. We will contact the parent/guardian or emergency contact person, incase the child(ren) is not picked-up on time.

Photos

We may capture photographs or videos to record and document activities during the class. These visuals will be utilized exclusively in accordance with the STPCICP data protection policy and practices, ensuring privacy and security of your child's information. If you do not wish your child to appear in our parish photos, website, social media or videos, please notify us via WA: 0816832370 to let us know, and we'll do our best to have your child excluded when group photos are being taken.

Food

We may provide light snacks to the children. If your child has any food allergies or you do not wish your child to partake of the snacks, please let us know directly on this form and also in person when you drop off at your first class.
